Clay Marzo in an amazing surfer born in San Diego, but is now living on the west end of Maui. In 2007 Clay was diagnosed with Asperger's Disease which is a form of autism. Clay becomes uncomfortable in social settings, but one with the water when he is on his surfboard. Clay's condition does not hinder his surfing, but rather enhances it. People with Apserger's Disease tend to have a strong focus on one thing or task and for Clay it is his surfing. Maybe this is why he is so good at what he does.
